The ideal candidate is well spoken, confident,
and great with customers. You should enjoy developing relationships
with customers and gain a sense of satisfaction from providing
them with great creative advice, bringing together the product
and message that will get them noticed. The promotional products
industry is a cross between advertising/promotions and product
sales. You will be working with a wide range of clients, from
small town shops to Fortune 100 companies, developing everything
from the perfect trade show giveaway to a company store featuring
a customized catalog of merchandise for the customer's offices
around the world.

There are literally, over 600,000 different skus. You don't have
to know them by heart, but once you form a base of knowledge,
your clients will be coming to you for the perfect promotional
recommendations. After 1-2 years as a Promotions Specialist you'll
be ready for the big accounts and even greater levels of responsibility
and compensation as an Account Executive. ePromos is dedicated
to providing a career path to every one of our employees.
You don't need ten years of experience in this
industry, but you do need at least 2-3 years of relevant experience
in sales (or maybe you were a top customer service/inside sales

Core Responsibilities and Abilities include
the following:
- Take incoming calls from new customers.
- Handle all aspects of an order respectfully, from initial
inquiries and providing quotes to customer follow-up after
an order has been received by the customer.
- Develop a strong working relationship with clients through
great service and follow-up.
- Communicate with vendors when samples, quotes and research
requests are needed to place orders, check on order status,
and resolve problems.
- Enter customer order information on a PC based order processing
system.
- Ensure customer art is sent to the art department when required.

an ?Expertise? in promotional products and imprinting processes/technologies.

Summary: To develop relationships with ePromos'
larger clients who purchase regularly. To retain customers and
stimulate order activity through a probing, investigative and
consultative outbound calling.

the following:
- Placing calls to your pre-defined group of customers to
determine their current or future needs for imprinted promotional
products.
- Engaging the customer in basic fact finding to uncover relevant
account background information.
- Using a PC based customer data base system to document information
obtained.
- Recognizing an immediate sales opportunity and recommending
promotional merchandise suitable for the clients needs.taking
the necessary action
- Quoting, researching, placing orders and sample orders.
- Follow through on calls that were not successfully completed
that may be due to a busy signal, call not answered, reaching
voice mail, customer not there, etc..

Summary: We currently have an entry level opening for a Sales Assistant. You will handle the "front end" of our sales team's efforts. You will communicate with our vendors, complete all sales related paperwork, prepare presentations for our customers, help them make last minute changes to their orders, and provide price quotes. This position is the first step in our sales career path; after you succeed for 12-18 months, we'll consider you for a position as a Promotion Specialist.
