ePromos will provide up to two free samples to our registered, qualified customers. We will even pay for ground shipping.

Samples can be ordered online by simply clicking "Get A Sample" on any product page OR through a Promotions Specialist M-F 8:30am-7:30pm EST at 800-LOGO-216.

Once you become a customer you can expect an increasingly lenient sample policy as we continue to work together on future projects.

Due to occasional misuse of our sample policy, we reserve the right to refuse free samples to any party at our discretion.

If you require expedited shipping we can use your UPS or Fed Ex account number or charge your credit card - it's up to you!
International Sample Orders
We are happy to ship samples to international customers. If you are outside the US and Canada, we do ask that you provide your DHL, Fed Ex or UPS account number for shipping charges. Please email a Promotions Specialist at

eProof - Free
with Every Order
Our expertly trained artists will prepare
an electronic proof of your artwork, and even make recommendations
if you would like assistance. These eProofs can be emailed
or faxed to you for your review and are typically sent
along with your Order Acknowledgement.
Pre-production
Proofs
We can actually produce an actual proof
of your item with your imprint prior to running your entire
order. We recommend this on all orders where time permits.
Pre-production proofs typically incur an additional charge
of approximately $50.00, plus the price of the item, screens
and setups and can add 5-10 days to the order process
as the factory needs to set up to run just one item. Please
let your Promotions Specialist know if you would like
a Pre-production proof.
