Art and Architecture Month

This December, during art and architecture month admire the beauty that takes place when two forms of creative expression blend together. In the Greek and Roman era, the construction of buildings was based more on the inner and outer design then the structure of the building itself. Painters and Sculptures alike, such as Michelangelo, who painted the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel, and Mnesicles, who built the Acropolis in Greece, have become part of the architecture world because of their designs. Without art, architecture would not exist; the mere layout of a building includes both artists and architects in order to design the main structure.
