ePromos is the place for all your Little League World Series products! Every year in August, citizens of countries across the globe all tune in to watch 11 and 12 year-old children compete in the Little League World Series. In the United States, exceptional players from every league are put on all-star teams, which then compete at state and regional levels. The winners of regional tournaments are sent to the Little League World Series. Other countries, such as Canada, Taiwan, Japan, and others have different ways of determining who will appear. When the competition was first held in 1947, it did not receive all that much attention. Today however, games from all levels of competition are broadcast on television, with networds like ESPN and ABC providing coverage. In 2007, the Little League World Series will be held in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania, from August 17th - 26th.
