Get to Know Your Customer Day is the day to get out from behind the desk and go into the field. The third Thursday of each quarter is set aside to get to know your customers even better.
This is more of a time to find out the needs of the customer and why the customer likes doing business with your company then to actually sell any product in particular. This is the time to send out those employees who deal with customers but don’t get to have much personal interaction with them to so.
One way to get to know your customers better is by engaging with them with promotional giveaways.
