Great American Smokeout

The Great American Smokeout is an opportunity to join millions of Americans in a day of saying “no thanks,” to smoking. This event is sponsored by the American Cancer Society, and is a time for smokers to quit just for 24 hours on November 17th.

The whole idea of the Great American Smokeout is to encourage smokers to quit by making it convenient. For one, smokers see that if they can quit for one day, they can quit for good. Smokers also know that they are not alone in the fight against smoking and they have support systems to make it all possible.

Let your company participate in this event by encouraging everyone in your office to participate. Let your employees know that you care about their health and are here to support them.
