Eye protection during physical activity is important because eye injuries can occur at any sport and any age especially when playing basketball, baseball, and racquetball.

You can’t always dodge an elbow to the eye or an overly aggressive opponent. So rather than being paranoid about the possibility of an eye injury at every game, why not just use eye protection?
