Challenge: Send out a holiday gift with a reminder to use the lab
A dental laboratory wanted to send out a holiday gift to clients that would serve a purpose, one that would raise visibility and create incentive. The gift needed to remind clients that they should use the lab whenever possible!
Solution: A fold-over calendar with coupons to the dental lab
The dental lab had a large audience to cater to with this gift, dental offices across the United States, so they decided on something practical and useful for everyday life. The dental lab decided to send a fold-over calendar. The front cover featured the dental lab’s logo; on the other side of that same page was a question and answer section that featured contact information. With each month page, there were two coupons, totaling at 24 available coupons. Each calendar was placed inside a bag along with a letter and sent to clients across the country.
Results: Increased brand awareness and gave an incentive to go to the lab
The dental labs choice to use a calendar that came with coupons achieved two goals: it raised awareness across the nation and worked as an incentive. Each coupon offered a different product or service at a reduced price, and the physical calendar itself, with its day to day use, reinforced the dental labs name and their costumer appreciation.
