Put finger on the sensor pad, press Pulse button and in seconds heart rate is calculated. Weight, stride length and pedometer sensitivity are all adjustable. Includes a handy wrist cord. Operates on two (AG13) button cell batteries (included). NOTE: There is a +/- 10% deviation in accuracy on instruments of this type. Pedometer must be placed on the waistband, not the pocket, to work properly.
