Product opens fully to function as a 3-ring binder while acting as a case when closed. A handle on the spine makes carrying this binder an easy task while the elastic closure secures all contents. Available with 1" and 1-1/2" rings. Comes standard in translucent colors; also available in solid colors for an additional fee.
