This promotional eco-friendly bound bound notebook is unlike any other in the industry - made of processed elephant dung Features 32 blank sheets made from 100% recycled and odorless paper. Each order includes a custom insert explaining the story of elephant poo paper.
How elephant poo paper is made:
- Various conservation agencies collect elephant waste which is full of fibrous material (of which there is a great deal).
- The waste is transported to the factory, dried, and finally fibrous materials are separated out from the rest of the waste.
- The fibrous poo is then mixed with fibers from trees and fruit to make it stronger and is processed into cakes and is left outside to dry.
- Once dry, the cakes are dry, individual sheets can be pulled off and processed into journals and notebooks.
