Sales Assistant


ABOUT THE JOB:
You will support members of our top-notch sales team by completing sales-related paperwork, assisting customers in making decisions about our products, creating PowerPoint proposals, and ensuring that the sale progresses smoothly.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Successful completion of a four-year college degree.
  • 6-12 months of sales experience.
  • A proven track record of attention to detail.
  • Superior written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, most notably PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. You must have a demonstrated comfort with the technical world.
  • You must be local to NYC and able to work legally in the USA.

Promotions Specialist

Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative

ABOUT THE JOB:

The ideal candidate is well spoken, confident, and great with customers. You should enjoy developing relationships with customers and gain a sense of satisfaction from providing them with great creative advice, bringing together the product and message that will get them noticed. The promotional products industry is a cross between advertising/promotions and product sales. You will be working with a wide range of clients, from small town shops to Fortune 100 companies, developing everything from the perfect trade show giveaway to a company store featuring a customized catalog of merchandise for the customer's offices around the world.

If products interest you, you'll love this job. There are literally, over 600,000 different skus. You don't have to know them by heart, but once you form a base of knowledge, your clients will be coming to you for the perfect promotional recommendations. After 1-2 years as a Promotions Specialist you'll be ready for the big accounts and even greater levels of responsibility and compensation as an Account Executive. ePromos is dedicated to providing a career path to every one of our employees.

You don't need ten years of experience in this industry, but you do need at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales (or maybe you were a top customer service/inside sales rep). We're ready to hire the right people for our program. Please use your cover letter to convince us you're the one.

  • Take incoming calls from new customers.
  • Handle all aspects of an order respectfully, from initial inquiries and providing quotes to customer follow-up after an order has been received by the customer.
  • Develop a strong working relationship with clients through great service and follow-up.
  • Communicate with vendors when samples, quotes and research requests are needed to place orders, check on order status, and resolve problems.
  • Enter customer order information on a PC based order processing system.
  • Ensure customer art is sent to the art department when required.
  • Effectively articulate product information, features, and benefits appropriately.
  • Once trained, must be able to demonstrate with confidence an ?Expertise? in promotional products and imprinting processes/technologies.
  • Responsible for meeting and maintaining performance objectives and/or goals.
  • Will participate in recommended training classes as appropriate and actively seeking professional development.

Senior Account Executive: Program Sales


ABOUT THE JOB:
We've doubled our sales in each of the past three years and recently grown our inside sales force by 50%! Now we are seeking someone to be one of the first employees in a new sales area: our innovative and exciting Program Sales division.

Some of our biggest clients have asked us to build online stores for their logo merchandise, and others have asked us to create fulfillment solutions to help helping them fulfill new employee sale/incentive gifts to employees worldwide. We are looking for a unique individual who will be our key program sales person, and will cold call and network to reach C-Level executives. Once you understand their operations, you will offer creative ROI-based solutions. Your systematic solutions will create efficiency, brand consistency, and a greater ROI on the client's promotional investment. You'll also develop pricing and help to build this division from the ground up.


REQUIREMENTS:
  • Four-year college degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of current consultative sales experience to C- level executives. This experience must be clearly documented in your resume and thoroughly verifiable on background check.
  • Exceptional business acumen
  • You must have the ability to learn our business quickly.
