Custom Printed Napkins Are a Must-Have For Corporate Events
Personalized napkins are popular because they’re effective, affordable, get used, and get noticed. All eyes will be on your napkin in the conference room, trade show, corporate gala, fundraiser, or any other event or location you choose.
Napkins offer a variety of price points to fit any budget and make for a huge return on investment. A custom napkin can go for as little as 11 cents per piece when ordered in bulk or as much as roughly 75 cents per napkin for a minimum order price. No event, corporate affair, bar, or restaurant is complete without custom napkins.
Custom napkins are a subtle, effective way to increase brand awareness for your business, create recognition for your cause, or promote your own personal message. They’ll start conversations about your printed message and reap rewards for your business. From creating new clients and customers to adding that perfect touch to your event, napkins are the right choice.
How Many Custom Cocktail Napkins Should I Order for My Event?
When you’re determining the number of napkins to purchase, think about how you’ll use them. If you’re planning a one-time event like a baby shower or high school reunion order roughly 50% more napkins than people. This’ll ensure everyone gets as many as they need, and you don’t run out.
If you’re ordering napkins for an ongoing need like for your eatery or brewpub, get the most bang for your buck by bulk ordering. You’ll need napkins for as long as you have customers through the doors, so order as many as your budget allows. Typically doubling your initial order ensures you get the best discount and have enough to go around.
