Want a quick way to sabotage your next out-of-office event? Send the troops out wearing their own duds. Not only will you miss out on a valuable opportunity to make a bold statement about your organization, but you have no control over what your employees will wear. Bob in sales may show up in his trademark cowboy hat, while Joe in marketing might decide it’s the right time to break out his cargo shorts and argyle socks.
