Epromos - Management Bios
  Jason Robbins, President and CEO:  Jason founded ePromos.com in August 1998. Prior to that, Jason co-founded and served as Chief Operating Officer of Gemini Manufacturing, LLC, a supplier of promotional products.  He helped build and oversee Gemini's sales growth to more than $1.1 million in its first operating year, with less than $100,000 in startup capital.  Jason worked as an independent computer consultant, specializing in implementing workflow and digital imaging applications software.  He also was employed by J. Crew Group, Inc., the clothing catalog company, where he was involved in all aspects of that company’s mail-order catalog operations. Before business school, Jason worked as an Operations Analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co.’s J. Aron Commodity Trading Division where he helped specify and implement in-house software-based workflow enhancement and productivity systems.  He graduated from Syracuse University in 1990 with a B.S. in Finance and earned an MBA in Management of Technology, Communications and Information at the Columbia Business School in 1994.  
       
  Jeffrey Pinsky, Executive Vice President:   Jeff has been with ePromos since inception. In addition to heading strategic planning for ePromos’ largest accounts and developing the company's major accounts division, he created the ePromos Company Store and Online Rewards & Recognition programs. Jeff currently focuses on partnerships, and developing proprietary applications that help our clients achieve new levels of success. Prior to his tenure at ePromos, Jeff traded crude oil and currency derivatives for The Sanwa Bank of Japan and the prestigious Ron Bernstein Enterprises group. Jeff began his career in the financial community, in the Bio-technology research group, at Prudential Securities where he was among the youngest Jr. Analysts in the history of the firm. Jeff has both his BBA and BA from Emory University where he triple majored in Marketing, Finance and Political Science and minored in Creative Writing.  
       
  Beatriz A. Bauzá, Director of Operations:   She is responsible for the day-to-day sales operations of the Company and oversees the logistics, quality assurance, sales support, and art departments. She is also the Dean of ePromos U and spearheads the training and development initiatives of the company. Bea started her career in sales and brings with her 20 years of experience in operations and human resources management in diversified industries, including, most recently, a 13-year tenure as the Branch Administrator for Julien J. Studley, Inc.’s New York Office with more than 130 staff members. Studley is a national commercial real estate firm headquartered in Manhattan. She is also the Executive Director of the ERS Charitable Foundation, a non-profit organization responsible for raising more than 3.5 million dollars during the past nine years to find a cure for Tuberous Sclerosis Complex, a profoundly debilitating genetic disorder. Bea has a BA in English and Special Education from William Paterson University.  
       
  Paul Capel, Director of Information Technology:   Paul brings 18 years of technology experience to ePromos. He is responsible for all things high tech, including our website, our servers, all other hardware and software we use. Paul devotes his time to strategic IT planning to be sure that we stay on the cutting edge and that we have all the technical tools and processes to do our jobs. Prior to ePromos, Paul served as the Manhattan account manager for IDP Consulting, a Long Island-based IT provider. Paul has also served as Chief Technology Officer for ABA, Inc., a leading provider of data quality and personalization software for the direct mail industry. In addition to technology, Paul brings a strong background in art and design, having worked in Boston for State Street Corporation designing financial documents, checks, and logos, in addition to managing a large portion of their printing environment at the software level.  
       
  Ken Domnitz, Director of Finance:   He is responsible for accounting and finance, including the development of accounting policies, procedures, strategic plans, annual operating budgets, corporate metrics, departmental metrics, measurement systems, vendor contracts, and vendor negotiations. Before joining ePromos, Ken held senior strategic finance and corporate development positions at IBM, Unilever, CheckFree Corporation, and Prodigy Communications, where he was a key participant in a successful IPO. Ken received an MBA in Finance from New York University (Stern).  
       
  Mark Yokoyama, Director of Marketing and Merchandising:  He oversees online and offline marketing and public relations programs, the ePromos online catalog and supplier relations. Prior to joining ePromos, Mark was a Marketing Manager at oneNest, Inc. and an analyst at Hamilton Consultants. He has a BA from Harvard College in English and American Literature and Language.
