The prints on the pen

The prints on the pen were very tiny and there was a lot of confusion after the order was placed. The prints were not the same size as the original proofs that was agreed upon. The pen were dumped in a carton without any poly wrapping/plastic packaging and were dirty and had to be cleaned to remove the debris from the production process. Not reall...Read More
