NEW YORK, NY, December 6, 2010 — ePromos Promotional Products, Inc. announced today they have been named a finalist for the 2011 PPAI Web Awards. This year’s nomination, which comes in the “Visual Design and Creativity” category, marks the 10th time the company has been nominated for or won a PPAI Web Award.

ePromos officially unveiled a new web site in late September, which they credit as the reason behind this year’s win. The latest site design delivers a fresh new look and more intuitive organization of content that makes it easier to search, research, and compare 15,000+ promotional products.

“The latest launch was the first major re-design of our site in 12 years, so we’re happy that it has been so well-received. The PPAI Web Awards have always been an important personal barometer of success in the industry – a win or nomination lets us know that our commitment to continuous improvement is paying off,” says ePromos CEO Jason Robbins.

Among the key improvements to the ePromos web site are redesigned category, browse, and product pages that are easier to use and navigate. In addition, a new content organization strategy results in less clutter and a clearer display of important product information.

These basic design features are a big part of the reason why ePromos was honored in the Visual Design & Creativity category, which places an emphasis on, “a visual experience that blends graphic elements and text, and displays them in a way that is conducive to conveying the pertinent information.”

Official 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will be announced by PPAI the first week in January.
