During the ordering process, you will have an opportunity to upload artwork for printing on your products. But what if you don’t have any artwork to submit? We can help with that, too!

Most promotional product distributors are small, likely employing only a handful of individuals for their essential operations. ePromos is different — we have an entire team of professional artists and graphic designers dedicated to helping you make your promotional gifts everything you want them to be. We can redesign old artwork or start from scratch and develop something unique for your brand’s new items. We’ll even do simple typesetting of your name and message for no extra charge.

Considerations for Your New Art

Most promotional product distributors are small, likely employing only a handful of individuals for their essential operations. ePromos is different — we have an entire team of professional artists and graphic designers dedicated to helping you make your promotional gifts everything you want them to be. We can redesign old artwork or start from scratch and develop something unique for your brand’s new items. We’ll even do simple typesetting of your name and message for no extra charge.

Our team will guide you through the artwork process at every step. If you have some ideas sketched out already, we’d love to see them. You can also talk with us over the phone so you can help us understand your vision. Even if you only have a couple general ideas for the art you’d like on your promotional products, you can share them with our artwork services team so they have an idea of where to start. Some aspects you might consider include:

  • Color: Does your company have associated colors you’d like to use in your design? Or would you rather have a simple white or black print? When deciding on colors for your logo or artwork, the possibilities are endless.
  • Font: We’ll ask you to choose from a list of basic fonts when you take advantage of our free typesetting service. If none of them appeal to you, we’ll do our best to find one that does. If you have a brand-specific font you’d like to use, make sure to send us the necessary files to install on our software.
  • Image type and resolution: When submitting ideas, ensure you submit a file that can clearly render them — especially if you would like some of these images to be in the final design. We suggest using image files from the Adobe® Creative Suite, CorelDRAW® or basic image files.

Once we’ve come up with some ideas, we’ll send you an eProof for review before we move forward with your order.

Printing Your Art on Promotional Products

Learn More!

Embroidery

If you want to add a touch of elegance to your fabric and canvas products, embroidery is an excellent option. This method is one of our most popular choices for bags, T-shirts, jackets, blankets, and hats. We’ll sew your design into the project with a needle and thread for a little bit of extra detail.

Screen Printing

Screen printing or silk screening is a great all-around printing option using inks filtered through a shaped mesh sieve to print designs. This type of printing is another popular choice for apparel and bags, but we also use it on non-fabric options such as drinkware, electronics, and pens.

Heat Transfer

If you choose the heat transfer method, we’ll apply heat and pressure to a design on a piece of transfer paper so the artwork moves from the paper to the product. You may be familiar with this printing method if you’ve ever ironed patches or decals onto your clothing. In addition to apparel and canvas items, drinkware reacts well to the heat transfer process.

Laser Engraving

This printing method looks best on objects with hard surfaces, such as pens, power banks, USB drives, flashlights, and similar items. In this process, we’ll use a laser to etch your company’s name, design, logo, or message into the product’s surface.

Other Methods

If none of the options above suit exactly what you’re hoping for, we have plenty of other methods for you to choose from:

  • Digital imprinting: This method is great for printing detailed digital images.
  • Debossing: This process is similar to, embossing, but the artwork is depressed instead of raised.
  • 3D raised: Top your logo with smooth, high-gloss epoxy or polyurethane for a raised surface that will draw attention.
  • Mixed media: This method involves a combination of laser engraving topped with embroidery or digital imprinting.
