If you explore our website, you’ll notice that every product has a selection of available colors. While some of our products have upwards of 60 color options, others may only have one. When you choose overseas sourcing, you get to decide on any color you want.

We suggest using the Pantone^® Matching System (PMS) to decide on colors so they can be perfectly recreated every time. CMYK or RGB coloring is also available, but the final shade may not be the exact one you’re looking for. PMS colors use a specific formula of inks to create each hue, providing the most consistency across platforms and applications. The right choice for you will depend on your preferences.

When it comes to decorating your new product with your brand’s logo and artwork, our already wide variety of printing options expands even more for overseas merchandise. You could choose to have your logo printed or woven into the fabric of your hats, apparel, and bags before they’re even assembled, or you could create a custom label to be sewn into the fabric.

• Screen printing: This method involves depositing ink onto the product. It’s a great all-around choice for putting vivid colors and designs onto apparel, pens, drinkware, and accessories.
• Heat transfer: This method uses heat and pressure to move your design from transfer paper to your apparel, mugs, and other heat-resistant promotional products.
• Laser engraving: For products with hard surfaces, your logo can be etched into the surface using laser precision. This process adds a clean, distinguished appearance to your logo and, by extension, your brand.
• Embroidery: Add a special touch to your hats, bags, apparel, and other canvas products by stitching your logo into them with a needle and thread.

To start this process, we’ll review any initial designs, sketches or photographs you have. If you’re not at that stage, we’ll talk with you until we understand your vision and come up with something together. Then, our talented product design team will create digital renditions of your plans so you can see what your final product should look like.

Once you approve the design, we’ll send it to the manufacturer so they can create a prototype. You can evaluate the product and make sure it meets your expectations. If you’re happy with it, we’ll complete a production sample before the final run to make sure the quality is just right.
