When it became time to find a promotional product vendor, UMH’s Director of Public Relations, Kristi McGovern, needed a company—and a point of contact—to match her energy, enthusiasm and attention to detail. She found it in “rock star” account representative Ashley Z. “I handle all of the marketing for UMH and work with many vendors,” McGovern explains. “I also travel for work, so I’m rarely in the office.” This meant she needed to work closely with a company who could not only offer smooth and efficient support, but also be two steps ahead and anticipate needs.

Ashley facilitated a trustworthy partnership with UMH’s site managers, home vendors and executive team. She worked closely with McGovern to guide product fulfillment and helped McGovern and the UMH team make decisions about up-and-coming trade show promo items, gifts, giveaways and a Veteran’s Day event.
